Group sitting: Monday-Friday 5:30-6:30pm

Sunday 9am-noon & 2-5pm

The Main Shrine Room is open for individual sitting weekdays after 10am.

Shambhala Training Hall (Second Floor)

Group sitting: Monday-Friday 7:30-8:30am

The Shambhala Training Hall is open for individual sitting Tuesday through Friday from noon to 5pm.

Sadhana of Mahamudra

In this powerful hour-long practice, we chant a liturgy composed by the Vidyadhara Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche, connecting with the Kagyü and Nyingma lineages of enlightened Vajrayana Buddhist teachers. Conducted on the full and new moon of every month during the regular evening sitting period. Free and open to all.

Advanced Group Practice

Open to students who have met study and practice pre-requisites. For dates of upcoming Werma Sadhana, Vajrayogini, Chakrasamvara, and Padmasambhava feasts and other group practices, please download the monthly liturgical calendar.
